Registration

Registration is necessary prior to any betting. In order to create an account, you need to fill in the registration form and provide your personal details. Please ensure that your personal information is correct as incorrect information could result in inability to make deposits and withdrawals. All information provided by you will be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You will need to choose a Username and a Password which you will use to enter your account. As soon as your account is registered, you will be able to start playing.

First Time Play

After you have registered for a YouSpades account and have logged in, you can start playing our games and place real money bets.

• If you try to start a game without being logged in, you will be asked to login first. For practice play you can bypass the login procedure and simply provide your e-mail instead.
• You can also try the "Practice Play" mode for where you can bet with imaginary money. This is a good way to learn about a game that is new to you. Of course, because you do not make real stakes, your winnings will be imaginary too.

Practice Play

All our games support Practice Play mode which can be selected after launching the game. In practice mode, you do not play for real money. You play for a point score and your winnings or losses do not affect your monetary (real) account balance.

Money Play

To play for real money, you must have a registered account at YouSpades. If you have no money in your account, you can use one of our payment methods to deposit money in your YouSpades account. As soon as money is deposited in your account, you may start betting and win real money, depending on your luck!

• How do I make a deposit into my account?

To make a deposit you should first register and establish an account at YouSpades. To learn how you can register at YouSpades, refer to the Registration instructions in the Getting Started section.

Once you have registered, go to the Cashier section, where you will be offered various payment methods to deposit money into your YouSpades account.

• How long does it take to process a deposit?

The time required to process the deposit depends on payment method selected. Online methods are typically fast while other methods, such as Bank Transfer may require several days or more.

• How much can I deposit to my casino balance?

The limits of deposits for different payment methods are as follows:

• Online payment providers (MoneyBookers, EcoCard, NETELLER, ClickandBuy, etc):
  • Min deposit per transaction: 20 EUR
  • Max deposit per transaction: 1000 EUR;
• Credit Cards:
  • Min deposit per transaction: 20 EUR
  • Max deposit per transcation: 500 EUR;

• What currencies are accepted?

Any currencies are accepted, however in your YouSpades account the amount is converted into your betting currency.

• What are the online payment methods?

Online Payment methods are considered to be the most reliable and convenient way to deposit and withdraw money on the Web. These methods use online accounts that allow you to pay for goods and services on the Internet. Withdrawal

• How do I withdraw my winnings?

If you request a withdrawal for the first time, YouSpades need to confirm that account Holder is a true beneficiary of the funds. In order to be able to process your withdrawal request, we need to confirm your name, date of birth, and residential address. For confirmation of your identity, we would like you to send us a copy of either your passport (preferred) or driving license (the pages displaying your photograph, date of birth, full passport/license number and address) on id@youspades.com.

In order to withdraw winnings, navigate to the Cashier section and click "Withdraw". Select the payment method and specify the amount you would like to withdraw. After your request is accepted, YouSpades will need a certain period of time to process your request and this will be at least 24 hours. After this, your winnings will be sent to you via the payment method you selected.

• How can I cancel a withdrawal request?

In case you decide to cancel a withdrawal request, you may reverse it within 24 hours by requesting Customer Service.

• How long will it take to withdraw the money?

My Account

Once logged in to the YouSpades website, you will see the My Account section which contains your personal account data. Your account data include:

• Profile - personal information and account details that you provided during registration. If your personal information changes, you can update your account here via the YouSpades website.
• Betting History - the history of your bets is stored and you can view the history of all your bets for the entire time since you joined YouSpades casino.
• Payment History - all your deposits and withdrawals are tracked and you can view the history of your payments and track current or pending payments.
