Bet Types

Betting in the American Roulette is broken down into two categories: inside bets and outside bets.

The following are inside bets:
Straight bet – Place your bet directly on any single number, including 0 or 00 (this bet covers 1 number).

Split bet – Place your bet on the line that separates two numbers (it covers 2 numbers). Note that a chip can also be placed on the line dividing 0 and 00, as well as 0 or 00 and 1, or 2, or 3.

Street Bet (Three Number Bet) – Place your bet on the outer right boundary line of the roulette table, next to the corresponding row of three numbers (the bet covers three numbers).

Corner Bet (Square Bet) – Place your bet at the intersection of four numbers (it covers four numbers).

Five-number Bet - This bet covers 5 numbers: 0, 00, 1, 2 and 3. Place a chip on the outside line that divides 0 and 1.

Six Line Bet - Place your bet on the intersection of the two rows of three numbers (the bet covers 6 numbers).

Outside bets are placed outside of ‘0’, ‘00’ and ‘1-36’ playing area. They are the following:

Column Bet – Place your bet in one of the boxes marked "2 to 1" at the end of the columns (this bet covers 12 numbers)

Dozen Bet – Place your bet in one of the three boxes marked "1st TWELVE," "2nd TWELVE," or "3rd TWELVE" (this bet covers 12 numbers)

Even money bets:

Low/High Bet – Place your bet in “1 to18” or “19 to 36” box on the outside betting area (this bet covers 18 numbers).

Red/Black Bet - Place your bet on "black" or "red" field on the outside betting area (this bet covers all black or red numbers).

Odd/Even Bet – Place your bet on "odd" or "even" field on the outside betting area (this bet covers all odd or even numbers)
